Easy Returns Policy

To be eligible for return, orders/items must:

-Not bear any sign of use

-Be placed in their original packaging with all included contents

-Be within 14 days days of receipt of delivery

Tires are not eligible for a return if they have already been glued on the wheel (tubulars) or mounted with sealant (tubeless ready). Please be aware that any reimbursement only covers the item's value and does not include any additional costs.

Return method:

1- Fill out form above OR contact info@challengetires.com and provide the following details:

     - Reason for Return

     - For Warranty Claims, a photo or video documenting the issue and also providing tire details (model, construction and size).

     - For Warranty Claims, any technical info including rim details (brand, type, year, sizes), sealant (if used) and pressure.

     - For all returns, Proof of purchase or website order number

2- We will send you a confirmation email of your request.

3- If your request fulfills the above criteria you will receive a return authorization email.

4- Package the item carefully to ensure the contents will not be damaged during shipment.

5- Write order number clearly on package and ship to:

Remember: The order number must be specified on the box.

Please note: Depending on the reason for return, the shipping cost could be either paid by the customer or directly by Challenge Tires. In the first case, the amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
