During the handmade processing, each component is made by hand with experienced craftmanship. One after the other, the various components are assembled, mainly by gluing.
With exception of the tread, no vulcanization is required.
It is clear that for constructing handmade tires, highly specialized personnel are required, as the usage of machines is negligible. It is also clear that the superiority of the handmade tire stems from the principle that all components retain their original character ( flexibility and strenght) as they do not undergo any vulcanizing treatment
